The IRC is a valid and reliable self-assessment questionnaire that will support you and your clients to better understand the client's learning needs. You can enrich your intercultural coaching and expatriate preparation; analyze group needs for your intercultural seminars, and communicate with the organization about how to make their intercultural learning efforts more effective. Our two-day licensing courses will enable you to use the IRC in your own work. You will practice giving feedback on IRC profiles and learn how you can structure your training interventions in terms of the competences assessed by the IRC.
